3. PRICING / SALES

  • 3.1 In any situation, if your order is placed in the cart for a longer time period, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price as per the updation, without any notice.
  • 3.2 You agree to pay all the applicable taxes/ fees/charges associated and all other costs applicable according to the Indian laws with the purchase of the product from us.
  • 3.3 The products available on our company’s website received by you, are for your personal use only. These products shall not be used for commercial reasons or for resale purposes.
  • 3.4 Studio Prive processes one address per order for shipping. Hence, if you wish to make several purchases and mention different addresses for each, in that situation every order will be treated as a separate order.
  • 3.5 Coupons or Special codes allotted by Studio Prive will be used once only by one user. However, these coupons or codes cannot be utilised to purchase discounted products.
  • 3.6 Prices of all the items mentioned on Studio Prive’s website are referred to as Indian currency and will be in terms of ‘Rupees/INR’. Therefore, all the prices shared on the site are for domestic sales i.e. ‘sale with India’, for international sales i.e. ‘sale out of India’ prices may be different or vary. Further, all other additional costs/damages/any other applicable expenses/fees according to Indian laws shall be borne by customers.
  • 3.7 Studio Prive does not provide the quantum of any custom fees, taxes, levies, and duties for international purchases. These prices will be finalised at the date of billing, as per the service charges of credit/ debit cards and as per the currency exchange rates.

8 MODE OF PAYMENT

  • 8.1 Please note that Studio Privé does not impose any fee for using our website.
  • 8.2 In order to ensure user convenience, the company offers various payment options to the user. Studio Privé reserves the right to therefore delete or add payment options to the given list of payment options given below:
    • Payment via selected debit cards- Studio Privé accepts all Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express cards.
    • Payment via selected credit cards- Studio Privé accepts all Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express cards.
    • Payment via net banking facilities- Studio Privé accepts all payments made through net banking by Indian and International bank accounts.
    • Payment via prepaid payments through electronic wallets- Studio Privé accepts all Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Oxigen, mRuppee, Airtel Money, Jio Money, SBI Buddy, itz Cash, Citrus Pay, Vodafone M-Pesa, Axis Bank Lime, ICICI Pockets, SpeedPay e-wallets.
    • Payment via Studio Privé account’s wallet ;
    • After the payment has been made by the user, the user shall be informed of the same by an SMS or email notification provided to the company to confirm the receipt of payment.
  • 8.3 Studio Privé acknowledges that there may be instances where the payment might remain in the pending stage. In such instances, we encourage the users to contact their respective banks for technical assistance regarding the same. The company shall not be thereafter not responsible for any wrongful debits or inconvenience caused to the user when making the payment.
  • 8.4 All the list of products on the Studio Privé’s website are subject to all the inclusive applicable taxes but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses, etc.
  • 8.5 In case the user makes a purchase surpassing INR 2,00,000 (INR Two Lakhs only) from the Studio Privé website, the user shall be required to upload a copy of their PAN card. In case, the user fails to upload the document aforementioned, the order shall stand cancelled. Moreover, the order shall also stand cancelled in case there is found to be a discrepancy between the user’s name in the account with Studio Privé and the name printed on the PAN card.
  • 8.6 Any amount (whatsoever) once credited to the wallet would not be sent/refunded to the original payment source at any condition. The unutilized amount shall be used for the purchase of products from the website.
  • 8.7 No interest would be paid for the amount pending in the wallet.
