Cancellation and Return Policy

1. GENERAL

  • 1.1 The ‘Terms and Condition’ published on Studio Privé shall be read by reference here. This cancellation/exchange/return/replacement refund policy together with the Terms and Conditions sets out Studio Privé’s method of conduct with respect to (a) cancellation, (b) return, (c) refund, (d) replacement, and (e) exchange. Any cancellation or refund for the products bought from our website shall be subjected to the same. We may, at any time, and at our so, modify these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the user. Any such modification will be immediately effective upon its public posting on our website.

2. CANCELLATION

  • 2.1 There may be certain orders that Studio Privé shall not accept for reasons outside its control, and therefore we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders. Some reasons may include unavailability of the product available for the purchase or refusal of the customized order from the designer’s end. For such orders, the company will initiate a refund, under the relevant order which shall be reflected within 48 hours in your account’s wallet.
  • 2.2 You can cancel your order for a product at no additional cost within 24 business hours of placing the order, barring any express shipping orders. The company has the discretion to approve any cancellation requests and the company may ask for additional details before approving any of your requests.
  • 2.3 Once the order has been dispatched from our end, the company shall not entertain any cancellation requests for any order in any given circumstance.
  • 2.4 In the event any delivery order has been delayed or returned from its destination due to the wrong shipping address provided by you, we will contact customer once for right address and ship that again.
  • 2.5 While, the company takes the best practices to ensure the accuracy of product specifications on our website, if the details of a specific product reflected on the website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information provided by the third-party company or designer, you shall be notified as soon as the information comes to the notice of the company. In such a case, the company reserves the right to cancel your order and grant you the credit points for the same in your account’s wallet for the value of the return/exchange order.
  • 2.6 Cancellation requests would be accepted strictly only within 24 hours of placing the request. Any further request beyond this period shall not be entertained in any manner. Further, there is one additional condition that the parcel should not be dispatched from our end.

3. RETURN

  • 3.1 The item to be returned must be in its unused condition and must possess its original packaging, price tags, labels, accessories, and freebies and the original box. The company shall therefore not accept any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • 3.2 In the event any product return or exchange has been delayed or returned from its destination due to the wrong shipping address provided by you, your return/exchange order request shall stand cancelled and no further queries shall be entertained after the same.
  • 3.3 Please note that all international sales are final and non-refundable. Customers from countries outside India are not eligible for return, subjecting to these conditions, as an international customer, we encourage you to review your orders before making the final payment.
  • 3.4 Studio Privé provides custom order for clothing and reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges on products that have been explicitly handcrafted for the customer.
  • 3.5 In the rare event, if you’re delivered a mismatched or damaged item, you must initiate a replacement request at your end within 48 hours of delivery time on our website or mail to us at shoponline@privebride.com. You must upload clear images of the item that supports your issue with it. However, if it is found that the item has been used, then no external damage or mismatch shall qualify for a return or refund.”

  • 3.6 The company shall not accept a return or exchange request for the following items: swimwear, lingerie, fragrance, and accessories.
  • 3.7 In the event your order has been approved for an exchange, the company shall not entertain any further exchange request more than once.
  • 3.8 The company’s return policy bars you from any refund fees if you return a mistaken item. In such a case, the company reserves the right to not re-return the mistaken item and close your return/exchange request.
  • 3.9 There shall not be any cancellation/return/refund for the customization product.

4. REFUND

  • 4.1 You may be entitled to a refund, at the sole discretion of Studio Privé, based on the individual circumstances underlying each request. The company shall not be held liable for your incomplete refund status in case you delete your account before the refund is completed.
  • 4.2 The refund shall be only issued after your returned item passes the quality check by Studio Privé executives. The refund shall be provided within 3 days only upon confirmation of the product’s authenticity at the Studio Privé’s warehouse.
  • 4.3 If your returned item does not pass the quality check process, it shall be labelled as illegitimate and shall be re-returned back to you without any refund.
  • 4.4 The company's refund policy does not, in any circumstance, refund the money back to the original payment method. 100% of the actual amount paid by you shall be refunded to your account wallet and can be used for further purchases from our website.
  • 4.5 Any discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is flawed or defective. In that case, you shall be provided with a replacement. However, if the item is not available the same amount shall be credited back to your account’s wallet.
  • 4.6 In case, your order includes a freebie, you are subjected to return it with the original item. If you fail to return the freebie, the refunded amount shall be reduced by the amount equivalent to the freebies as applicable.
  • 4.7 There shall not be any return/refund/exchange for customers outside India i.e. for international customers.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • 5.1 In case of Force Majeure events or other unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond our control, the company shall not be held responsible for inability to perform the services under these terms. Force Majeure causes extend to the events of acts of God such as fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, spread of pandemic/epidemic, lockdown, accidents, political unrest, protests, strikes, riots, civil commotion, war, enemy action, demands of Government in any state, or labour related shortage, or inability to obtain the material, transportation or any obstruction on any of the commute routes such as highways, public or private road.
  • 5.2 If and insofar any e-commerce dispute that may arise between Studio Privé and a third party, then the courts of jurisdiction at Ludhiana, Punjab, India have sought all exclusive rights and shall exercise final jurisdiction over the dispute. The terms shall be governed in all respects by the Indian law and are applicable between the customers and the company subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Moreover, the company reserves all the rights to suit or file any case governed by the Indian laws.
